How can a British citizen get help...?

to return to UK from Africa? She has no money to get plane ticket to UK. is there any Government agency that can help?

for most visit to Africa this is what the UK says :
Passport Required ,
Visa Required ,
ReturnTicket required

in which area is she ? as to give her the address of UK representation in the country she is in ?

Hi, simply produce her passport to local police station and ask to be deported as her visa has expired.

go see the local embassy, where in Africa ?. Nothing will be for free first of all they will ask if there is anyone who can send money. If not they will need a houseowner or someone to guarantee the payment, nothings for free unless real emergency.
