How can a lithuania mother a passport for her new babu born in northern ireland?

She has to apply to the Lithuanian embassy .

If the child was born in Southern Ireland and before 2004 the child would have been able to get Irish citizenship. But Northern Ireland is part of the UK which falls under British law.

The child will not be able to have a British passport unless the mother holds British citizenship or Indefinate Leave to Remain at the time of the child's birth unless the parents are unable to pass down their nationality.
