Go to the Courthouse of the county you were born in, go to the Records department, and pay a fee to have a reprint.

Try Google: 'your state' vital records. you can usually order a replacement via phone or on the net. probably cost you @ 20 to 40 bucks.

you have to go down to health dept. Go to records dept and pay for a copy. It's like 10 for a short copy and 20 for a long copy
