How can i get visa for my parents in nigeria to attend my wedding in the us?

They must apply B1/B2 Visitors visa at US Embassy on their own. They must present the proof of strong ties to Nigeria showing that they will be back to Nigeria after your wedding, such as ownership of house, property, letter from employer when they are due back to work.
All you can do is sent them wedding invitation.

they're not gonna live there or anything, theyre just "visiting" technically. right?
