i sent my application in jun 9th..i have NOA 1st.but i want to know when i will have the 2nd one..& the prossising time in web of uscis is it true?

You will receive an email update if you have a customer account on USCIS website and you will also receive from mail your NOA2 once it is approved. I waited for 3 months for my NOA1 to NOA2. The processing time of USCIS can sometimes be delayed. Many are getting their approval ahead of the processing time.
