I don't have my boarding pass from the flight back home,and the custom service didn't put any stamp on my passport.What can I do,can I ask the airline company to give me some proof that i was on board the plane that left the states on the 27th of September??

This happened to my husband. You need to send a receipt, bill or bank statement that is dated from the country you went to after you left the USA. You have to send it to some Homeland security office with a letter of explanation. You can go to their website, it should explain the procedure:

You shouldn't have any problems coming back in after that.

In actuality, it should already be in their system, assuming you turned in your I-94 card. Since not everyone does turn in their card, the info on exits isn't as good as the info on entries. However, you should still be able to get a print out on your ticket. Not to mention, did your country, or the next one you visited stamp your entry after leaving the US? |

you must ask them to stamp the passport and how did you pay for the ticket. call the airlines to see if they have a record but if you paid via a check or credit cardyou should still have a record of it. |
