How can i send an e-mail message to an address in the US embassy?

i have some documents wnat to send them to some address in the US embassy but first there are soms steps i must follow to be alliable to send to the US embassy, what are these steps?

Official steps? I am not aware of anything, but check the website of the embassy you wish to contact for any special steps:

http://usembassy.state.gov/

Otherwise, just scan the documents and attatch the file(s) to your e-mail. You may also fax documents and send them by standard mail. If you send anything by standard mail, keep copies for your records.

In your mail after you have copied these reports and or documents and have put in the correct address put your cursor on 'send mail"

From my knowledge, the US embassy does not respond to email enquiries at all. Usually you will be required to send whatever documents to their offical address and just attention it to a specific department. If ever you are given an email address, these are from the embassy website and not from your email address at all. No attachments can be made. This is to prevent hackers from attaching trojans or malicious spyware. An example of the email accepting US emabssy website is attached.**
