How can i transfer my visa from sharjah to dubai? and how much it cost?

I have my working visa of sharjah and it will expires on 2012 but i want to transfer my visa to dubai because i really having a problem takig license from sharjah its like impossible getting license from sharjah because they will give dates of 2 or 3 months and i have tried for 3 years but i still dont have license because of the rule of sharjah driving schools so please someone suggest me.

I have a sales executive visa since 2003 in sharjah. now i found new company in Dubai through consultancy. Can some one confirm me that first should i take approval from Dubai Labor/immigration or first should i cancel current visa from Sharjah. Thanks
