he owns his own bussiness , and has alot of money in his account but they looked at his papers no longer than 2 mins and said he didn't have enough strong hold to keep him in Lebanon..please help me ty

well, if you intend to marry him, you could go there and when you return, file a fiance petition for him, if you're an American citizen. or, if you don't want to go to Lebanon, the two of you could always go to Cyprus. the only way he could get a tourist visa to come here though would be to reapply. if he only intends to visit and then return, the tourist visa is the only one he can apply for. anything else, like a student visa, he'd have to qualify for in some other way. there are lots of different types of visas, but they each have their own particular use and qualifications. you can always look at travel.state.gov as the State Department actually issues visas, but really if he's just coming to visit, the tourist visa is it. |
