How can you contact a former President of a country?

I have tried unsuccessfully by email and telephone to reach someone who can get a message through to former Argentina President Fernando De La Rua. The emails that I have sent have not been returned so someone had to receive them. And since I am in the New York City area, I tried by telephone to reach the Argentina mission to the UN but no one there speaks english anymore. Lena

Ask the Personnel Officer of the Presidential Management Staff of Argentina to give you the telephone number and email address of former President De La Rua.

The very best way is to contact the American Embassy in Argentina to attempt ot get the email address, etc from them. If you do not know the contact for the American Emgassy in Argentina, google it to get it.
