Please, I would like to know how someone who is living in Europe can get a student visa to the U.S. to learn in the medical field. And also, if there are any qualifications and where they can get this visa?

First, you must enroll and be accepted into a college or university as an International Student. Once accepted the school will send you a document called I-20.

You use the I-20 to apply for a Student Visa (F-1) at the US embassy, or US consulate in your country.

You'll need to prove you have the financial means to support yourself and your studies.
