How do I apply to the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle as a freshman student(1st.yr) if Im an American citizen?

-I am trying to apply to the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle and would like to know where Im can apply. Each time I go to their website it gives me the transfrer application!!!
-Also, I am taking an immersion course and will be close to fluent in French before May 2009.
-Is there any other information that I need, passports, living, scholarships, jobs, etc... Any answer would help! :D
-Any links that you can provide would be EXTREMELY helpful!

you will need to get your passport and first get accepted into the Sorbonne and then apply for a student visa in France, did you go to this site "http://www.paris-sorbonne.fr/en/ "?
you must have the financial to be accepted or a scholarship ,
