I am a student set to appear for the second time at United State Embassy in Lagos Nigeria, I was denied in the first instance that they are not sure I will return to Nigeria after my studies. That I need to convince them. Now the University has issued a new I-20 to me to resume in fall 2008. How do I now convince the interviewing officer that I will return. I addition, the university offered my in-state tuition for the fact that I am transfer student, spending only 36 months for the BS.
