I am currently here in Germany because my german passport expired 2 months ago..... The cityhall is making a big problem because in order for me to receive my renewed german passport they asked for my green card but i dont have one.... i lived in america illegally for 10 years and its not my fault... i was 8 when my dad and i moved to america.. now i am back in germany bc i realized i was illegal.. i am 18 now....
how can i get a certificate of non existense from america..???
and a fast way please...
i need to start school in london soon.. but without a passport i cant go there.....

as i said.....
my passport is already finished at the cityhall... meldebehörde in germany....
I cannot make a new one...
but as they said... we need a bescheinigung das ich keine staatsbürgerin in America bin.. ( that i am not a green-card holder AKA american citizen )

I think you asked the same question earlier. And as I told you then :
Go to the local Einwohnermeldeamt ! They will issue you a passport as long as you can prove to them that you are a German citizen. Whether you lived in the US earlier doesn't matter, as long as you have a place of residence (a relative will do) in Germany. In order to get a passport in Germany you do not need any paperwork from the US. You will need :
1) Your birth certificate
2) Your old (expired) German passport
3) Your Meldebescheinigung. In order to get one, you will need to register yourself at an address in Germany, i.e. the one at which you are staying at currently.
The embassy in the US will not issue you a passport, as you do not possess a valid Green Card. |

try explaining the situation to city hall & ask them how to go about getting that green card. idk what else you could do really. good luck though!!! |

If you have a German Passport, even if expired, I am not sure what the problem is (other than City Hall).
First, get a German Attorney.
Second, get a copy of your German birth certificate.
There is no such thing as an "American Certificate of Non-Existance". |
