I want to know the list of requirements, fees and other details to acquire said visa

That is the same question 12,000,000 illegal immigrants make to themselves.
If you are not a highly qualified specialist in a branch of industry, science or technology, the best thing you can do is spare yourself from any vain effort of being accepted for working in the USA.
If you go to the consulate, they will give you the form for an application with impossible to fulfill requirements.

You have to already have a US employer that is willing to petition for you. You can't just apply on your own.
