How do you get a foreighn exchange studen, for a low price?

i want to host a foreighn exchange student from italy, then go there, how do i do that?

You can host an exchange student but you must pass the requirements being a host. Search in your area who are doing this kind of program for hosting a student from overseas. It takes 6 months or less.
It can be voluntary or depends on how the programs work for the host and the students, looking for an organizer for this is the one you should be asking now.
You can go to Italy anytime, finding someone to host you there is not as easy as it is..

Are you 'buying a kid'? That's funny. Think of it this way, If you cannot afford to clothe and feed and care for another person in your home on your own, then you cannot afford to be a host.
