How do you write an invitation to invite my children to USA?

If your children are applying for tourist visas then a letter of invitation carries no legal weight in the process. Your children will have to demonstrate strong social and economic ties to a home outside the U.S. in order to qualify for visas. If they are adult children with jobs, good incomes, and children of their own, this will help their chances. If they are minor children or students and both of their parents are in the U.S., it will be next to impossible.
You can write any type of letter you would like and the consular officer will look at it, but there is no provision for invitations in U.S. Law. Your children need to convince the interviewing officer that they're going to return to their home country. |
