Hello Friends!
I have submitted visa form on September 9 through VFS, Hyderabad, as soon as I had met all the pre-requisites for applying for a student visa. As stated, the processing time for visas is 10 to 15 working days and to this day Iam stuck with absolutely no hope, with a gloom of uncertainty.
I have been regularly tracking my visa online, visiting the VFS website but no updates yet. Can you guys please tell me, how long does it take for BDHC, Chennai to decide on my appliation?
I have already missed reporting session and needs to make it to London for late entry which is next week and I hope by then I will have my visa.

Thankfully, VFS status shows "Processed Application delivered to BlueDart" and I hope i will receive it tommorrow. But still i dont know wheather I got visa or not.

Sorry, all you can do is wait. Yeah, they SAY 10-15 working days, but I think mine took a over 3 weeks or maybe even 4. Because I assume they still have your passport, all you can do is wait. I tried to call them and they charged me about $2.10 a MINUTE just to tell me that if I hadn't received it already it was on its way. I know it's frustrating, but just stay in there, and if after a month you still have no word, try calling them. |

Have you tried calling the embassy or the consulate? 15 working days was a week ago, so if you haven't heard either way you should get in touch with them as soon as you can. |
