I am a british citizan and i hear alot about people talking about their fiancee's in eastern european countries, and i am wondering if i am born in the united kingdom and i am 18 and my fiancee is seventeen and where very serious about each other how long it would take roughly and we have an attorney and no criminal convictions and we have basiclly just finished school?

It will take from 8 months to 18 months until you will get K1 visa.
However, your US Citizen fiancee must present that she is making enough money, at least $18,121 a year, to support you after you guys are married.
Does she have enough income to prove it? Or, her parents must be a co sponsor by singing I-134 or I-864.

At 17, your fiancee is not old enough to sponsor you. She needs to be at least 18. And she also needs to prove that she has enough money to support you, which I doubt she can do at her age. She is not even old enough to sign a lease on an apartment at her age.
After application, it normally takes 6-12 months to get your K-1 visa, though can take up to 18 months |
