Hi, I am planning to go for a 1 week vacation is LA, but the problem is I am an immigrant of Canada only and not yet a citizen, so I am wondering how long does it take and how much it will cost me?

I am a permanent resident of Canada and we'll get to file for our citizenship by June.

well, obviously you answered his question before HE asked it so my question is:
Since you are an immigrant of Canada, will get to file for that citizenship by June, why don't you simply call the US Immigration office in the state of Calif. for LA and ask them. They can surely answer all your questions. Have a safe trip. |

how long it takes will depend on which country you are a citizen of, and what passport you are holding.
your PR status has absolutely NO relevance to the USA and you get NO benefits entering USA just because you are a PR. |
