How long will it take for these countries to become fully democratic?

Considering the governments do not fully embrace democracy, I would guess about forever and a day.

last i checked, some of these countries do not even want too become democratic.

It all depends upon what the local citizens want. If they want demcracy they can within hours or it may take decades too. People power is great but only thing is, it is effective when they wake up.
