How many times can a person enter Turkey with a tourist visa?

I've heard of people who are English teachers in Turkey just going out of the country every 90 days to renew their 3 month tourist visa. If a person is just staying, basically being a tourist in Turkey and not working how many times can they do this? Is there a limit after one year or so?

i live in cyprus and i m expert in turkey property and that's why i need to go turkey almost ! and according to my information regarding this question! no limits as the during the period of visa !
