my working visa was process by my 1st employer in dubai, can i cancel it here in the india ?where will i go? because i was being hired by another employer in italy and they will process my visa. what are the requirements to cancel my 1st working visa in dubai?

no need to cancel. Just don't use it without going into Dubai
