I have been living in Britain for almost 4 years. I gained Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK last year. But my Chinese passport will expire in October. So how can i extend my passport, please!!
One of my friend told me that i have to fill a form to request UK Border Agency to confirm i have been granted settlement in the UK. My question is i don not even know where can i get the form from. So could you please tell me where i can get the form!! Thanks very much!!

as an FYI,
your ILR does not need to be transferred to the new passport, you just carry it in the old one with the new. If you do choose to transfer it, it will cost 175 pounds (!)
to do the process in the UK, contact the Chinese embassy in london, or the consulates manchester/edinburgh.
