No one will be able to tell you exactly how long the process will take; you should figure 5-9 months, roughly, but it depends a great deal on things we can't predict, such as whether your fiance submits all the documents quickly (yes, by mail), whether you pass the physical, you have sufficient support, the workload of the consular section in Manila, etc, etc.
