My name is shakil ahmad and i came to uk in 2000 as student and study for accountancy for six years.After comletion of study and qualifying as chartered certified accountant i got work perment in 2007 untill 2012.I got marry in 2008 and my wife asked me to switch my visa to spouse as i will better opportunities instead of stucking with one accountant.So i applied for spouse visa.I present my wage slips and bank statements with the application.My wife went with me to home office to make sure that i am switching my visa as i was not happy to change visa and leave my employer.My wife and in laws when they come to know that i am under their control they started pressurising me to fulfil their demand otherwise they will through me out of country.They were asking me to work on take aways on weekends to bring more money,hire luxury flat,buy new car etc.There are many things and i was alone could not do any thing against this unjustice against me.They keep me involve in these things and wife report home office that marriage has broke down and caurtail my leave in 2009.The home office send the letter to a adress which i hired on my inlaws demand and i live there for only 10-15 days.I never recieved the letter of curtailment as home office did not sent on the adress which i had given them at the time when i applied for spouse visa.I always check my post from that adress but did not have any access to the address where letter was sent as this was building and only authorise person have access to this building as i left the flat and live there for only 10-15 days i did not change my adress.As was worried about my status before i apply for ILR on basis of my ten year long residency.I asked my solicitor in May 2010 to check my status with home office as i was worried about my visa.He did not show professional competence and called home office and asked about my status.He asked me to sign the authority letter before he check my visa status.He told me that my visa is still valid.On basis of this information i asked him to send my application for ILR on my ten year lawfull residence in uk but visa refused on basis that my leave was curtail.Now i am going to dallas court to sign every month and as they were pushing me to put the application if i want to stay in this country.I have sent the application for desretionary leave on human right basis.I went to an other solicitor and he saying the application will be refused soon.I do not know what to do.Sohel give me your email and he tell me that he already to you about me.I want you to help me in this case.Please let me know how i can meet you.I am in manchester and i am ready to do what is convenin for you to talk to you.i am qualified accountant and woking accountancy firm at the moment and all my career is on risk Waiting for your earlist and positive response.
