How to get China married visa if I am Indonesian man?

Hi, I am Rudy, 26 years old, Indonesian passport holder want to married Elaine, 23, China passport holder. We plan to married next year and now I am living in Jakarta, Indonesia, Elaine lives in China. Now How could I get China visa for marriage and how she gets Indonesian Visa for marriage? I plan move to China next two years, is it possible for me to have China passport and what are the terms and conditions? I am waiting for your reply soon. Thanks. Warm Regards.
