How to get Romania passport?

I was born in Romania and now live in US, my parents were student there . Is there a way for me to get the Romania's passport or their citizenship ?

Whoa! Let's get this straight. Were your parents US citizens studying in Romania when you were born? Then you have no right to Romanian citizenship. You can only take the citizenship your parents had at the time of your birth. If both your parents were US citizens when you were born, you are only a US citizen, without any claim to any other citizenship.

No Romanian citizenship, no Romanian passport.
