i have to get a new passpport because i'm back to thepinas thiscoming october i just wanna ask how long should i wait to geta new philippines passpport

You should apply for a new passport as soon as possible. Go to the nearest foreign mission of the Philippines (embassy, consulate, etc). Do not wait until the last minute or you may run into problems.
