i m an indian citizen who wants to travel to germany but not aware about the procedure to get the visa and also the cost incurred to get the visa. pls let me know asap bcos i need to travel in the next month itself.

Generally speaking you will need :
Filled out form
health insurance valid for Europe
Confimed flight tickets
booked accomodation
proof of employment in India / salary slips

in America we just ask the country we wish to visit for a visa,, the cost is what ever they ask there,, i have seen and done this through a few consulates on the inter-net and have found and down-loaded the forms to travel as i wish,,,, the last was Viet Nam 3 weeks ago:) good luck and bon voyage |
