a malaysian girl has worked in KSA before, n back to Malaysia with Exit visa only.she's getting marry soon with a saudi man and wondering how long does she need to wait for a new visa(not working visa) or is there any law to say that she cannot back to saudi

Well, that is up to how fast the wedding is conducted.
Thus after her husband gets a saudi marriage permission- takes about a month- then he can go there perform the marriage and they can both return to Saudi.
But she must be aware that if her husband tells her, he cannot get a marriage permission he is 99% lying, as lawyers in Riyadh can get the to you for around 20,000 SAR.
There is no other way.
If she does not marry him in the end, then she can return on a new work visa. There is nothing else. |
