I hold dual citizenship (both British & South African) and my wife is Spanish. We live permanently in London and are having a baby very soon here in London. I know the baby will automatically qualify for British citizenship. But how do we get a South African passport for the baby as well?

bring the birth certificate and proof of SA citizenship to the embassy and register the birth asap after birth. If they want anything else they will tell you. Congratz on the child, may it be healthy and happy all it's life.
