Contact your local council, they'll be able to tell you how to register & what you can & cannot vote in. If you check out their website there should be contact details.

You can only vote in local and European elections if you're not a British Citizen. You get on the eletoral register via your local council.

"European Union citizens resident here can vote at local government elections and European Parliament elections. They cannot vote at UK parliament elections. They should put their names down on the register of electors, this registers them for Local Elections only. To vote at European Parliamentary Elections, another declaration (UC1) must be completed. You will be sent this form automatically once you have registered to vote. NB. This form must be completed and returned to the Electoral Services office in order to vote at the European Parliamentary election on 4 June 2009. "

I'm against all over seas national voting here in the Uk, I would never wish my views on you. Hell I don't want the english, the welsh or the irish telling us scots what to do. No dough the english think the same and rightly so.
