How to trace husband who has deserted me?Any lawyers please help??

Hi.I'm Indian Hindu who married 1.5 years back in India(marriage registered in court) & went to UAE.Came to parents alone for vacation.Husband meanwhile joined new job but not telling his new address, phone no.,etc. & not communicating for 1 year now.I have written to embassy of UAE & India but no reply received. His parents not alive. No other relatives in India. My father has no money to come with me to Dubai to trace him nor do we have any relatives to stay there. It's a very costly city.Only his new company can sponsor my visa which he is not doing. He's also migrating to Australia in a few months. If it happens,I can never trace him as we don't know anyone there. Please advise. What do I do now?How do I trace him?I'm passing sleepless nights.

Have you got any children born for him. If you know his passport details, you can file suit against him in the court and ask for his whereabouts. This any good lawyer can do. You have to register a complaint in your nearest Police Station and ask their help also. Have you got any other proof like photo identity, resident proof, employment proof, pass port proof, any other proof which involves both of you-- these things will help you. At present I can suggest you to consult legal ad visor, who knows how to approach Government to find out his whereabouts. After that he will explain you what you want. All the best, and I also pray for my sister's joining with her husband at the earliest . Yours,
vrvrao

you need to give more information so people can e valuate proper response does sound as if your husband had second thoughts about you and moved on with his life

only place can help you is passport offices or consulate General of UAE.No way in the world passport issuing Agency does not know where is the person. Authorize P.R.O. in consulate to check police records. There is NRI affairs minister since 1996 in Delhi.

When you got married in the court definitely you both would have given the residence address along with other details. Try to get the address, where he was staying, and where he was working,. You get some clues. Check for his close friends. Try to figure out where he made the passport from, go to the passport office and try to dig out the details.

By this time you have couple of details. You can also visit the UAE embassy along with all these details and the passport number. They will be able to trace you if he has moved to Dubai or he is returned.

Then you can write your case to Dubai Consulate who in turn will forward it to the local police. Before you write to consulate it is mandatory that you file a FIR with the police and produce a copy of the FIR to the consulate of Dubai so that it may look genuine. However this is a slow process and may take time.

You left out some important information ... like what is the nationality of your husband, do you have a child with him and why do you think that he left your life?

If he is a foreign national (non Indian) and did not register your marriage with his embassy in India, most likely his country does not recognize the legality of your marriage unless you have a child with him and he has acknowledged that fact on the baby's birth certificate.

Why did he abandon you? There is more to your story than you're telling. It appears to me that you were an opportunistic bride seeking financial gain and did not love your husband from the start. He caught on to you and said goodbye. Get over it and move on with your life. If you have a legal child with him ... keep on his case. He has a moral and legal obligation to the baby.

I doubt that the authorities in Dubai will be of any help to you. You'll have better luck with the Australian authorities, providing that you have a baby by/with him.
