Anyone who can help me writing a letter how to give authorization for my ex-husband who lives abroad my country. He wants to take his son and live with him. I allow him. The embassy asked me to write a letter of authorization for my husband that my son can live with him. Pls write me sample. thanks in advance.

Dear Sirs,
I am am hereby authorizing (my ex-husband) to have physical custody and full guardianship of our child (kid's name). (ex husband) is authorized to provide for medical care, and any other requirement for (kid's name) well being and education.
This may not be complete, but it should help you to get started. |

To Whom It May Concern,
I (give your full name) hereby give my written permission for my ex-husband, (give his full name here) to accept legal gaurdianship of my son, (give his full name here). I give my permission for my son to live with his father in, (give the name of the country here).
You need to put the name of the Embassy at the top of the letter and your proper adress and your full name and the name of your husband and the name of your son. You need to have this letter witnessed by an authority so they can see that it is you who wrote the letter. Normally a Justice of the Peace or a Notary. Good luck.. |

i believe you need to have this notarized- so go to a notary, and have them draft you a letter. and pay them the fee. |
