can any one help me gian this wounderful adventure? am currently working as a police officer in the sierra leone police force but am highly motivated to be recruited in the Army cause i love life saving jobs.

You can't do it. The US Armed Forces only takes US Citizens and Permanent Residents (those with a Green Card allowing them to live and work in the USA).
