How you can get a philippino passport if you are late registered ?

and you´re parents are both dead already and the papers are no more complete is there any possibility so that you´ll be also registered legally?

I am surprised that you are bringing this problem up only now. How were you able to go to school at all? You need a birth certificate to enroll in school, get employment, drivers license, marriage license. O well....

Are you sure that there is no record of your birth in the city/municipality were you were born? Have you a document from the register of births to this effect?

You need to have at least 2 people who were at your birth or who knew you when you were still a baby who will attest to your date of birth. Yes, people who were at least 10 years old at the time of your birth. Have their affidavits notarized and use this to get a certified copy of your birth certificate. Submit this to your city registrar and ask them how this gets to the NSO.**

where are you now ? if you are in another country? you need to get in touch with the consulat of you country ,you will need a birth certificate ? do you have one ? if not ; the consulat will get you one from your country .
