Hi,
I need a clarification in my I-129 Petition for Non immigrant worker.
In Part 4 – Processing Information,
Question no 5: Are applications by dependents being filed with this petition? No check box has been checked.
But my wife would be appearing along with me for the interview as a dependent. Will they issue a Dependant visa for my wife?
Please clarify.

Not if the I-129 petition does not include your dependents!
Did your employer file for your employment visa? Does your employment contract specify that your dependent spouse and children may accompany you or is it a "single-status only" contract? Many overseas job contracts are single-status contracts. |
