No. British citizenship can only pass one generation outside of the UK so a UK BORN grandparent would not pass citizenship to you, one not born in Britiain equally cannot pass it. If you had a UK born grandparent you could apply for an Ancestry visa and eventually naturalize; this provision will soon be eliminated. |
