I plan to visit a boyfriend, he just came back from visiting me. No marriage yet since he has an on going divorce case for almost 7 years now (property issues), we're entering our 1 year relationship now.

The interviewer will ask you many things that indicate you will return to your homeland, including: own a home, have a job and relatives in your homeland....If you have none of these, you will not get a visa.
