when somebody working i think he has the possibility to travel everywhere,in haiti is different when that plan the american ambassy refuse you the visa all the times i don't know why?
i'm a mechanic technician i'm selling parts of trucks for 24 years i think i have the possibility to travel.Next month a freind of mine invited me for the chrismas season the consul refuse me to go.
if God has been created us free why they prevnt from us of that freedom,when that thing arrive i think we're aren't free.
when somebody has the possibility to travel why they consul refuse us the visa,we must use our money only for food not for pleasure i think isn't a good thing i think if has been created us free why we can have the possibility to do everything.
I think this year can be a new ones for they consul i think God will change their life they'll imagine they things differently for the love of God that's all i can explain

im not certain why they would but america has gotten very strict about these things for security reasons. maybe at a later point they may change their mind but there is no guarantee. i wish you the best of luck in your business also. haiti is beautiful country also. |

The US consul won't give you a visa to visit the USA because he's assuming that you are coming from a poor country and you will most likely stay in America and not return to your country. you have to prove to him that you have reasons to return back to haiti from your visit to the US. you have to show him that you have asset, for example money in your bank account, you own a home, you have a family(wife and kids). otherwise he's assuming you don't have any to reason to return to haiti since you can easily get a job in the US as an experience mechanic. It is an immigration issue. a lot of people get visa to enter the US and they don't return home, so they are living in the US illegally. that is what the US consul is trying to prevent. the burden is on you to prove that will return back home.
so try your luck one more time and if the consul asked you if you were offered a job or an opportunity to stay in the US. always say No. let him know that you have pressing business in Haiti and that you will return back home. explain thay you just want to make a quick visit to see your friend and sightseeying.. tell him you want to see new york city and the interesting achitectual designs, tell him you want to see a particular show that's currently playing on broadway..
you can also try applying to other countries like canada, mexico, or argentina before going back to see the US counsel that way he sees that you visit other places and return back home that way you can convince him you that you like to travel. otherwise he won't believe that you're just going for a visit.. unfortunately that's the hell you have to through when you coming from a poor country |
