Now I appeal in ECO, but after 28 days because they did not contact me about my refusal or any thing, that's why I'm unable to appeal, all the papers of mine is completed, and also I've enough funds to show, on what basis they refuse my visa. I'm well qualified person, I had done M.Sc (International Hotel Management and Tourism) with 70 % and also done work with many Hotels under training periods, so how can they do this to me.it's unfair. My whole future depends on this visa.

I am sorry about your situation. If your visa is refused, there is no refund no matter what you do so don't even stress yourself out on this. I don't know where you are from but I don't think your future depends on a visa. There are so many countries you can go to, not just the UK or AUS. This is probably a sign indicating that your future career should start in a different country...go to a country that accepts you. |
