I have been asked to prepare an invitation letter for my employer for 3 people traveling from 3 different countries. Has anyone had to prepare a letter such as this and what should it read?

You haven't mentioned what country you are from or if these people from three countries are coming and wish to apply for a business visa. Assuming you are from the US and the three people in question are coming for business purposes, please note the following: Individuals applying for business visas should be prepared to explain what kind of business trip they are making. For those persons visiting business contacts or clients, please bring correspondence that explains the nature of the trip. If you choose to include an invitation letter with your visa application, it is not necessary that it be notarized.
In other words, have the letters explain why these three people are coming to visit your company and don't bother having it notarized. This is for a "B" visa. |
