I am a British Citizen and want to marry my Chinese fiance in China. Does anybody know the documents needed?

Due to my fiance's business being in China we have decided that it is best for us to marry in China. I am unsure of the complete procedure required to be followed, such as the correct documents required and how to go about the whole thing. Thinking about it is so stressful and the Embassies offer very little advice. I am a British Citizen presently living and working in Ireland which might cause more complications as I cannot seem to get any advice from the Embassies here. Can anybody offer any advice or knowledgeable answers to my questions? Many thanks.
