No your not eligible for Austrian citizenship. Austrian law substantially restricts dual citizenship.

Unlike Austrian citizenship, Hungarian citizenship is not lost when you take up a new citizenship. You have to intentionally revoke it if you don't want to be a citizen of Hungary anymore so are you sure neither of your parents was a Hungarian citizen? Because you could only obtain a passport through a citizen parent. Otherwise, you have to go through immigration and fulfill the residency requirements. An additional requirement in that case is that you have speak the native language of the country, too.

Austria does not allow dual citizenship,.it did allow Arnold Schwarzenegger to retain his..it shows you...

Not likely. Austrian citizenship is lost when a new citizenship is taken up voluntarily. When your grandparents immigrated they likely became citizens and thus lost their Austro-Hungarian citizenship. Thus they could not pass it on to your parents, who then didn't pass it on to you.
