Actually my uk visa is still valid until end of january,its my court sejour that has expired.Every thing was proper until i applied for my titre de sejour in frace. The prefecture over there asked me to get back to uk to get a 'visa de conjoint' since i was on a tourist visa in france. They told me it wouldnt be any problem to go back to france as i married a french citizen but when i came to uk they said i cant travel back because my visa is expired.Do you have any advice,please?

and were you in the UK with an expired student visa?
on your marriage? was the marriage transcribed /translated with the French authorities?and notified in your country?
there are a host of procedures to be done before you can get a visa # court sejour # to enter France as a spouse,
also? did he do all the procedures for you to be able to enter? salary,housing,
