It depends of your citizenship - you can check the Table of countries whose citizens require/do not require visas to enter Germanylist:

It depends on your country of citizenship. This question always recurrs here and people do not seem to understand that they need a passport to enter a country (with some exceptions). Your Canadian permanent residency has nothing to do with visiting an EU country. Your citizenship will determine whether you need a Schengen visa or not. |
