If you have a residence permit in Germany you can enter the Czech Republic without a Visa.

EU citizens do not need a visa to live and work in the Czech Republic.
usually a resident of a country does not need a visa , but perhaps with the Czech Republic ,you may need one ?
the visa procedure is very long and complicated
