Your ID is for internal purposes - your passport is for international travel. And yes, you still need a visa for Mexico. |

HELLO, your passport has all your information, name, d.o.b., p.o.b., nationality, photograph, government issued, this sounds like the best form of identification, don,t you think. As far as a visa you need to contact the Mexican Consulate to inquire if visa needed for Filipinos to enter Mexico. |

Yes, you need a visa for Mexico. If you tranist through an American airport you'll need a US visa too. |
