The only way that this would happen would be if you have the right qualifications for the job that they were providing. If you look on the net at countries abroad, see what is on offer and look at whether you have the qualifications to meet it.
You will also need to prove a bank account and that you are self sufficient. Then, letters from the employer and all their bank details and accounts, it is a lengthy process to go through and it is getting harder now sadly.

Search for jobs in the field you've got expertise. You can use search engine for this purpose like Monster, Dice etc., Apply to that job via internet. If they like your profile they will take care of every thing like visa. If it is USA then the only visa you're qualified is H1B or J1. Try searching for jobs Good Luck.
